This is an altered dictionary mounted on a found wooden stand. I cut words from a second dictionary, mounted them on red paper, and attached them by threads to the pages where they would be found in the dictionary. Although all of the words define the word "loose," some are a rather loose interpretation of the word - and they hang loosely from the dictionary. Ergo, the title.
